What is a Design Day?
A Design Day is an in-person, hands-on working session where I join your team onsite to deliver senior-level design and marketing support. It’s ideal for focused problem-solving, collaborating in real time, and moving projects forward quickly.
Is this service available remotely?
Design Days are specifically an in-person contracting service and are delivered at your office. For smaller design tasks, ongoing marketing support, or projects better suited to remote work, I offer separate remote services with deliverables supplied directly.
What should we prepare before a Design Day?
To get the most value, we recommend having a clear list of priorities or tasks ahead of time. This ensures the day is focused, efficient, and delivers meaningful outcomes by the end of the session.
Can I book a Design Day for a new website build?
Design Days are not suitable for full website builds. Website projects are scoped and quoted separately based on requirements, timelines, and deliverables. I’m happy to discuss the best approach for your website during an initial chat.
What if I need design or marketing help outside of a Design Day?
No problem — I also provide bespoke graphic design, website support, and marketing assistance outside of Design Days. These services are quoted separately and can be delivered remotely with check-in meetings as needed.
What happens after the Design Day?
Any agreed deliverables created during the day will be handed over following the session. If additional work is required afterward, this can be quoted separately or rolled into a multi-day or contracting arrangement.
Do you travel outside Hawke’s Bay?
Yes — travel outside Hawke’s Bay is available by arrangement. Travel time and expenses may apply and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
